To settle the estate of Pat Purdue, we are selling this prime 40 acres with good pasture including Bermuda, fescue and native grass.  Property is just 1 ½ miles west of the Leach/Rose gate on the Cherokee Turnpike.  Just 45 minutes to Tulsa, OK or ½ hour to NW Arkansas.

Terms and Conditions: A 5% non-refundable escrow deposit will be required upon signing of contract for sale with the balance paid at closing on or before October 6, 2025. Closing will be at Grand River Abstract closing office in Jay, OK. Possession will be given at closing.  ID required to register to bid.  Announcements made day of sale take precedence over printed material.
